Open source / free support is not currently available for Windows platform
due to various issues and complexity with Windows.

If you need a solution we can try to see if you could find a hosted Plone
somewhere.

Also just to further clarify: it is possible to run this on Windows,
but it requires level of expertise of a Plone specialist.
